On November 29, 2012, Mr. Beers began a project of passion and importance.  An avid visitor of our history, the foundation began with a passion for history and in witness of the decline of what was conceived by our Founding Fathers and all that fought, perished and even lost their personal fortunes to birth this greatest nation, freedoms and concept of government.

Initially released in January as an eBook, ‘Beers with our Founding Fathers’ has been finalized for paperback publication through CreateSpace, a subsidiary of Amazon.  Full release to the public will be by Patriots Day, April 19th and will retail for $17.76.

The final publication is over 400 pages, four sections and 40 chapters.  It is about the direction our Founding Fathers began for future generations, and the direction it has gradually taken since the early 20th century.  It is about an emotional civil war of multiple class divisions.  Seeing the history of our Constitution and Country ignored – to ignore and destroy the future of our Children and Grandchildren.

This book is a chapter-by-chapter of four sections looking into the founding documents, Founding Fathers, key events and the author’s allocution and analysis of these sections looking at the issues they represent and solutions available from the efforts of our Founding Fathers.

Our Bill of Rights are for ALL - not just US citizens

This graphic is making its way around social media, particularly Facebook.  As detailed in this book - it is important to understand the difference between rights (for all) and privileges (not for all)...

Actually all persons in the US, regardless of status, have these rights. Our Founding Fathers believed these rights to be unalienable sacred birthrights - and I agree.  Rights are for all, privileges - granted by government - are intended to be for citizens and, as provided for, to legal residents.  I believe every person in the world should have these basic human rights.  Too bad the rest of the world doesn't see it this way.

Although the Constitution or Bill of Rights do not explicitly state this, the documents and writings of the Founding Fathers, Magna Carta and Declaration of Independence to.  These, and other documents, are what our courts - particularly the US Supreme Court - review.  Rights are for all people, privileges are not.  Remember our Constitution derives from the purpose of the Declaration of Independence and to protect it.  Moreover, the Bill of Rights were fought for by the Anti-Federalists because of the Declaration of Independence.
