What is my agenda?

2/12/2013

Picture
I was asked on Facebook what my agenda is.  Simple - its described in this picture - support and defend our citizens, our Country and our Constitution.

Of course the question was asked by a 'progressive' (if they were even a more oxymoronic term than 'government intelligence' - Progressive Movement would be it).  The 'Progressive' agenda is exactly what I oppose - supporters of this agenda should go fix a country that tried it and failed.

What is this agenda they have?   "We all have rights as humans, some might have to make sacrifices for the greater good.  Non-progressives seeks to curtail the rights of others in the name of profit or in the name of a religious belief."

That is simply an ignorant 'agenda' - and not really one.  Funny how they call it 'sacrifice' to benefit them and 'curtailing rights' when their agenda is opposed.  No person or entity has the right to impose a 'sacrifice' on another.  Our society has long taken care of itself - until the Progressive Movement (in my book, Parasitic Cult) got a foothold.  For my book I extensively researched and reviewed the history of many programs that were developed for the good of those less fortunate - and they worked.  From workplace conditions and equality to healthcare.  They worked until the PC got them and began molding them into the agenda the Parasitic Cult describes.

I have no political ideologies - I'm a capitalist pig business owner.  I have no religious base - I'm agnostic.  There is nothing selfish at all about expecting to keep much more than half, 3/4, even 90% of what we earn, while expecting those that can to also earn and continuing the tried and proven means to take care of those that cannot.  When citizens remove ideologies - of any kind - and emotions from their thought process, we can get elected officials that will be better.  Progressives voted for someone based on promises, rhetoric and emotion with no experience of any kind - against opponents that continue to be no better than promises, rhetoric and emotion.

This administration has exacerbated a perpetual self-victimization of those that simply feel 'entitled' to what many have contributed to with their personal sacrifices (those truly entitled).  The agenda of this administration is much deeper than simply confiscating more 'revenue' for 'investments'.  I am quite serious when I invite all those that feel the failed programs of empire based socialist countries are better than the history of successes of our country.   If it has historically worked, don't fix it with known failed agendas.  Beginning in the 1970's is when those successes began to fail - because of 'progressive' agenda.

What is the agenda of the current administration?  To dismantle our Bill of Rights one at time until the Constitution can no longer stand or be defended.

Only two issues perpetually matter - the economy and our Constitution.

You are the revenue and the government is the spender

FYI - if you believe Obama and Pelosi, that America does not have a spending problem, it has a revenue problem...remember this...

You have a revenue problem exasperated by this continually fledgling economy.  Congress and the president have a spending problem.  He's the child that thinks money grows on trees and Congress is the parent that spoils the kid.  You are the parent - you  are who both children listen to.  The government is a non-profit and gets revenue only from taxes, tariffs and other imposed income redistribution.  You are a capitalist and the Congress and president are predominantly socialists on your dime.

Zero Tolerance in schools is emotional abuse of our children

If you're wondering how bad it feels to be in a Zero Tolerance environment for school children...look at your adult life.

The workplace has become Zero Tolerance Indoctrination.  Co-workers no longer tolerate the views, opinions, culture and religion of others.  Errors are not treated as mistakes and learning examples - they are immediately treated as if the sky were falling.  Some jobs require less tolerance of behavior and errors than others.  Most jobs have the flexibility of discretion on the part of employers, management and employees.

Our civility in society has also become Zero Tolerance Indoctrination.  As a society we no longer tolerate the views, opinions, culture and religion of others.  Judeo-Christian beliefs are frowned upon, while other religions are deemed cultural and not a violation of the rights of others, only their own if not tolerated.  This is because those religions are based on a theocratic culture - our Country and society is not a theocracy.

Our justice system is becoming Zero Tolerance Indoctrination.  As a society we no longer tolerate any misdeeds - we want mandatory sentencing and demand emotional legislation to emotionally protect us while infringing on our rights.  Imagine a society in which a child walks out of the store with gum, and is charged with shoplifting instead of a life lesson of returning the item, apologizing and facing a logical reprimand and punishment.  We have red light and radar cameras that generate revenue - they do not enforce any laws or make us safer.  There is no tolerance in these robots - a fine is mailed and it is either paid or a penalty assessed.  Imagine the day you are pulled over and the officer must write a ticket, for something, because the officer observed a violation and no reason you give will be sufficient - because their discretion has been removed.  This discretion has been removed from the courtroom and is making its way to the responding officer.  Imagine an ambulance responding to your home and they must take the patient to the hospital because they have no discretion and you have no choice.

Yes, that is the society we are developing when Zero Tolerance Indoctrination is accepted.

Zero tolerance in schools is like zero tolerance in homes - its emotional abuse.  If you have not experienced and/or seen the effects of this type of environment, it may be difficult to understand.  Imagine a home where you could not have an imagination because of fear.  Imagine a home where you could not simply ask 'why' because of fear.  Imagine, as a child, living in a home where you were physically abused - bullied - but could not defend yourself because of fear.  Now, imagine the children of our Country in this school environment, and you may begin to see why our children are developing mental health issues, hiding their emotions and becoming robots.

This is not only fear, it is indoctrination.  As a society, we have traded the well-being and imaginations of our children for their safety - but from what?  Like a shaken soft drink, these children will snap and leave a big mess to clean up.  Each event of lost safety is another opportunity to further indoctrinate.  It took 50 years for America's children to be indoctrinated in the schools to socialism - they are adults now, the leaders of industry and our Country.  How long will this new program of Zero Tolerance Indoctrination take and what is the purpose?

It will take three generations, and the second is in place - the first voted for Obama in 2008 and the second will be voting in 2016.  The third, by 2024, will be voting.  Zero Tolerance Indoctrination is a path and plan to dismantling our Constitution and fomenting the most significant zero tolerance society - communism. Stifled, trapped, scared, isolated...we are allowing the schools - government - to abuse our children.  Is that the country you want?  Every school district and employee that enforces Zero Tolerance Indoctrination should be charged with abuse and held accountable by the families.

Could the Anti-Federalists have been right?

2/10/2013

The current state of our Country and government is largely what the Anti-Federalists feared and warned us about during the Constitutional Conventions and ratifying. These concerns are what gave us our Bill of Rights and the articles that defined and provided for the checks and balances of our government. The ignoring of the Constitution is why we have the tyranny and oppression of today.

If the government were to determine that bullying caused the bullied to commit suicide, and that the bullying was the result of attacks via social media gone bad - and then demanded restrictions on use of words and/or social media to save one victim, or 100, what would your opinion be? Don't laugh -- its not farfetched and there has been talk of it. That's okay, the First Amendment is old and archaic - our Founding Fathers didn't have social media or mass communications or rapid fire words and insults in mind.

Immigration Reform continues to be vote pandering

Petitions by Sen. Ted Cruz

The proposed immigration 'reform' bill is called the SAFE Act - Seeking Amnesty, Forgetting Enforcement.

Secure, Enforce, Deport - then, if still needed, Reform.

It is ILLEGAL for any person here ILLEGALLY to receive ANY taxpayer funded government assistance.
  • Secure the borders;
  • Enforce the laws - including the privilege of taxpayer funded government assistance for those truly in need; and
  • Deport those here violating any laws once within our borders.
Updated 07/10/2013
As the immigration debacle (its not a debate) unfolds, it is clear that it is not bi-partisan - the GOP (Getting Obviously Progressive) is beginning to succumb to the socialists.  The saving representatives are those of the Libertarian / Tea Party principles.  The Libertarian / Tea Party principles are doing two things: 1) forcing the content and dangers of the proposed law to be disclosed - no passing this bill, before it is read, so we know what is in it; and 2) it is becoming more likely a bill cannot pass if there is not consensus to and with the Libertarian / Tea Party principles.  A third event is also happening - the agendas are exposed, namely Marco Rubio.  We can thank Ted Cruz and Rand Paul for this.

However, that means that the pro crowd has changed strategy in an attempt to conceal the reality.  These are necessary in order to avoid exposure that the pro crowd is ignoring the secure and enforce mandate.  To do this, they are simply stating that the borders are secure and current laws are being enforced.  There is no data to support this, and reams of data to dispute it - but if you repeat it enough, it will become true that the borders are secured and the laws are enforced.  The other strategy change is to avoid the word 'citizenship' and any references.  This will give the false impression that a path to citizenship, or amnesty, is off the table.  Far from true.  Instead, the mantra is that there is an 'accelerated legal status'.  This is smoke and mirrors - a legal status is simply all the privileges, without the rights (i.e. voting) of citizenship.  It accomplishes everything the socialists want, without forcing citizenship.  It makes citizenship a moot point.  Moreover, existing law makes the path to citizenship less obstructive because the hurdle of legal resident has been passed - because it is granted by the proposed law.

Make no mistake - this is amnesty.  In fact, it is worse than amnesty.  It is also fraud by deception.  All of the persons here legally and working on their path to citizenship will be bypassed.

Let us not forget that the president, with NObamacare, has taken the unprecedented move of ignoring laws and making new ones.  See Nationalized Healthcare - NObamacare - A Better Solution at http://www.beerswithourfoundingfathers.com/3/post/2013/05/nationalized-healthcare-nobamacare-a-better-solution.html.  Congress is not acting fast or strong enough on this - and it will happen with any immigration bill - reform or amnesty.  Headline - "If ObamaCare won't be enforced as is, defund it"

Wrong - repeal it. Even if defunded, that does not remove the individual mandate - it would be like defunding the courts, but you still have to obey law; or defund the IRS but you still have to pay taxes.

Repeal NObamacare and abolish the IRS for a non-progressive flat tax.

Congress is not limited to funding or defunding - that is just a method of avoiding a solution - which is what Congress does routinely.

Updated 06/28/2013
The recently passed illegal 'immigration reform' - SAFE Act (Seeking Amnesty, Forgetting Enforcement) by the Senate is NObamacare all over again - no one read the excessive bill, it grants authorities to unrelated agencies (i.e. - the IRS - AGAIN!) and was mostly behind closed doors.

In case there is any misunderstanding ...

A 'path' to citizenship is not the goal of any immigration reform. Secure, Enforce, Deport - then reform for those that are eligible to remain and earn citizenship.

The Senate has passed their version of the SAFE Act - Seeking Amnest, Forgetting Enforcement last week.  Now to the House, where Sen. Schumer is already using pressurized pandering.

Sen. UpChuck Schumer predicted several factors would see the bill pass in the House.  First, he said the coalition of both religious and business groups are pressuring the House to act.  These groups are being pressured by the Gang of 8 - which consists of 'equal' parts socialists and GOP (Gone Obviously Progressive).  Religion has place interjecting in immigration matters - legal, illegal, amnesty, whatever.  The businesses are primarily unionized and they need more members and dues.  Others are farmers and labor employment.  Sen. Rand Paul feels that an immigration bill should include legal status to work these jobs.  I disagree - this is essentially indentured servitude and no different that slavery. Further, Schumer said the national Republican leadership could do the same, citing the political importance of passing immigration legislation.  This is correct - and is exactly why there is now a new and growing movement to dismantle the GOP for a true party of Constitutional and conservative fiscal values.

Be reminded that our Country fought a Civil War over states rights - part of which was how to deal with slavery - the south (farmers and laborers) needed slavery for their economy, the north did not.  In the end, after brother against brother, the federal government won over state government.

We are seeing that today - indentured servitude and states rights.  The south survived after abolishing slavery and their economy grew.  I am quite certain the same would happen if the falsity of embracing illegal immigration for indentured servitude were to end.

There is a great deal being said about the need for immigration reform, and that this is for 'the Hispanic vote'.

Although true, that is the silly goal of both political parties - but nothing could honestly be further from the truth (see below).

First, Hispanic votes did not increase for Republicans in '88 after the '86 amnesty.  Hispanics that are here legally, whether by birth or by lawful entry, do not support this bill or any bill that jeopardizes who they are - citizens and legal residents; they are being used as pawns and are the Hispanic votes the Republicans historically already get and keep.

For many Hispanics, their very livelihood is jeopardized by this 'immigration reform'.  I know many first, second and third generation people of Hispanic heritage - they tell me this.  The Democrats and Republicans are not worried about the Hispanic vote - they want the whole of the growing parasitic cult vote so that more taxpayer funded government handouts can be perpetuated by the real backers and drafters of this 'immigration reform' on the backs of the taxpayers opposed to this.  Think about it ... to get the votes of believers in socialism, you have to show compassion for those purported to be oppressed by capitalism (referred to as 'the rich') - and illegal immigrants, although unable to legally vote, are perfect pawns and their vote is not needed.  It is a way to grow the socialist voting pool - garner the support and votes of sympathizers of the 'oppressed' (they are oppressed, but see below for why).

The rhetoric of Hispanic votes is simply socioeconomic and ethnic divisiveness.  The Democrats really don't care if the Republicans are on board - except they don't have the votes to pass the bill they (Schumer and McCain) wrote.  McCain, a true GOP (Gone Obviously Progressive) does not want border security or immigration 'reform' in Arizona - he wants votes.

Updated 05/22/2013:
Gang of Eight Amnesty Bill passes in committee...

I saw that it passed out of the Senate Judiciary committee and is headed for vote before the full Senate.  When the Tri-Fecta of scandals (see my other related blog posts) began to break I posted that this would be passed without notice during the course of the scandal distractions.

The committee vote was 13-5, with all Democrats, and RINOs Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Orrin Hatch (R-UT) and Jeff Flake (R-AZ).  Although their votes were not needed, and passage out of committee was expected, it is disgraceful that this vote pandering continues.

Updated 05/10/2013:
This week those in the 'Gang of 8' and now TX Senator Ted Cruz - none of which can be trusted - acknowledged that a person here as an immigrant (regardless of legal status) must be self-sufficient and their immigration denied/revoked should that status change to being on the taxpayer funded government handouts. It was further acknowledged that this little tidbit of a law is not enforced (and costs taxpayers billions per state annually). To make you feel better - it was firmly stated that under the proposed amnesty (call it what it is) any illegal immigrant seeking 'Dream' status would not be 'eligible' for taxpayer funded government handouts for ten years - and they would have to sign an affidavit upon renewal and before being granted citizenship.

Let's just say its true...why wait? Revoke and deport now, secure the borders and then come back and tell us about a grand plan. So, considering that won't happen -- what is the solution? Who cares, they only want votes.

Seriously...its not enforced now, but will be under a new program? Bullshit flag is still being waved.

Immigration Reform continues to be vote pandering - regardless of party or person.

Updated 04/04/2013:
'Pathway for Illegals May Cost Millions' - say it ain't so!  Of course its true, just think about it...

As senators prepare to introduce a comprehensive immigration overhaul that includes a pathway to citizenship for illegal immigrants (unless you're the AP or a journalist - now that term is 'banned'), the estimated the cost of federal benefits for those applicants could total up to $40 billion a year.

Immigration reform is a good thing - but not amnesty or a pathway that bypasses the process and pushes further back those that are legally immigrating (you won't see AP 'ban' that).  Did you know that it is illegal to approve a work visa for any immigrant that does not show how they will be self-sustaining and off the taxpayer funded government handouts?  It is ... and that's why so many wanting here legally are proud, while those coming here illegally do so -- they would be denied.

THAT is the real reform being pushed - allow those that will not be self-sustaining and living off the taxpayer funded government handouts to be granted amnesty through a 'pathway' to citizenship.  Some are now calling that progressive social justice.

I call it bullshit.  What is an immigration solution?  Find out - http://order.BeersWithOurFoundingFathers.com

Senators (8 - 4 Dem and 4 Repub) are proposing new immigration reform. Not amnesty, but a 'one-step' process for 11 million here illegally. Sounds like amnesty. One reason given - agricultural. I've got news for you - that is servitude and unfair to the farm worker - legal or illegal.

This book specifically cite two reasons for politics focusing on immigration reform in the manner the do - 1) agricultural servitude; and 2) vote pandering. Well, what do we have here but both.

The telling of why this is happening can be seen in two comments - McCain ("McCain said Monday that the electoral politics of the issue had changed and that his party needs to adapt on immigration if it wants to lure Latino voters.") and Schumer states its importance with ("For the first time ever, there is more political risk in opposing immigration reform, than in supporting it.")

This is what these politicians really think of the illegal immigrants – limited to such things as “…content for too long to allow individuals to mow our lawns, grow our food, clean our homes, and even watch our children while not affording them any of the benefits that make our country so great." Its offensive that their thinking is that limited.

Of course, Obama announced during the election that immigration was the top priority (vote pandering) - not the economy (one of only two reasons to vote for a candidate).

Of course this bill is not drafted, so a review is not possible - but the comments and limited information available are telling.

Before supporting the vote pandering of servitude via illegal immigration...read Beers with our Founding Fathers for the history of this servitude and solutions. Not only is it illegal and vote pandering, but it is insulting to legal immigrants and to legalize those that 'clean our homes and harvest our crops'. Is that all immigration - legal or illegal - is good for? No, and to endorse that thinking is bigotry.

Legacy of Martin Luther King Jr.

The legacy of Martin Luther King Jr., and others before and after him, is not civil rights alone. It was much bigger than that - it was the fight against tyranny and oppression through corruption. Those that have followed in the footsteps they cannot fill have lost that. You can pick up where he left off. He emphasized rights for all - not a few or a group - all rights for all people.

John Adams and Barack Obama - say what?

2/10/2013

Picture
John Adams was a prominent Founding Father - bringing together his compatriots to pass the Declaration of Independence and Constitution, and also the first Vice President and second President of our Country. His term as president is tarnished by the Alien and Sedition Acts. The events of today are parallel to this blemish.

"One area of controversy was the signing of the Alien and Sedition Acts by Adams as president. These were four acts that found their enactment following the French Revolution and intended to prevent talks of state secessions and anarchy in our young Country. These acts were the Naturalization Act, Alien Act, Alien Enemies Act, and the Sedition Act. In essence, there were components that were contrary to the Bill of Rights. The Naturalization Act reduced the time of residency for an immigrant to become a citizen (said to be for getting more eligible and favorable voters); the Alien Friends Act and the Alien Enemies Act provided the authority for the president to deport by executive order any foreigner he thought dangerous to the Country; the Sedition Act made it a crime to publish "false, scandalous, and malicious writing" against the government or its officials. These acts resulted in few deportations or imprisonments, and Jefferson, opposed to the acts, pardoned any who remained in prison when he became president. The use of the executive order to bypass Congress and the Constitution, and enactment of laws violating a person’s rights, is a bruise on the body of Adam’s life. However, these were repealed and the whole of Adam’s contributions to the founding of our Country cannot be emphasized enough."

Bill of Rights for All - not just nobility

Did you know that the whole of our Bill of Rights were born from those that were exclusively granted to the nobility and ruling classes? Our Founding Fathers knew that no person was above the law, or exclusive to the law.

Freedom of speech is as important as right to bear arms. To be illiterate is to be unarmed, to be unarmed is to be illiterate. To be literate and armed is to be liberated and free.

National Day of Prayer Breakfast speech

There is a recent fascination with Dr. Benjamin Carson and his speech that so kindly vilified the current administration. Dr. Carson is not new to notoriety - or his thinking. I read his story in Readers Digest in 1990. It is fascinating story of growing up poor and his uneducated mother determined to do something for herself - and more important, her children. He is a rare person in character and profession. In 2008 he was awarded the Medal of Freedom and in 2013 he should win it again. His character is something we can all learn from.

If you liked the speech that Dr. Ben Carson gave at the National Day of Prayer breakfast on February 8th 2013, you will like this book and think Dr. Carson read it before giving his excellent National Prayer Breakfast speech. Every point he makes is made in the book. Great minds do think alike.
